"New Renewal Regulations Effective This Year!
When submitting your renewal, you MUST include the Continuing Education Record Renewal Summary, form (LIC-141 Page 2).
Only the DPR-approved form will be accepted!
- License/Certificate Holder's Name
- License/Certificate Number and Type
- DPR Course I.D. Number
- Course Title
- Course Date
- Course Location (City or Online/Webinar)
- Course hours attended for each CE category
- Name of CE Sponsor

A few notes from PAPA: This new update from DPR does unfortunately mean that they will no longer accept the official reports that we provide to our members or any verifications of attendance/certificates of completion. Instead of sending DPR your official report or verifications/certificates, you must fill out the Continuing Education Record Renewal Summary form of DPR's renewal packet. You may use the report/verification/certificate we provide as a reference when filling out the Continuing Education Record Renewal Summary form. We will still be mailing A-L members a copy of their official reports in July 2024. After this mailing, any additional copies needed must be requested by emailing certificates@papaseminars.com. DPR will be mailing renewal packets in August 2024. If you are a current PAPA member and need assistance with filling out the Continuning Education Record Renewal Summary form, please email certificates@papaseminars.com.
