You Can Send in Your Renewal Now!
Avoid the end of year rush and mail your renewal packet in early.
When submitting your renewal packet, you must include:
- Original applicant signature on page one of the application.
- Completed "Continuing Education Record Renewal Summery" (LIC-141 Page 2).
- Accurate payment information so payment processing is not delayed.
Visit the website for 2024 renewal packets."
